On Wednesday the 24^th of April, 2024, the team presented preliminary findings of the research at the CEDEJ Khartoum office in Cairo. Susanne introduced the project, but the focus of was on Sudan.  Tamer presented findings on the history and nature of digitalised food assistance in Sudan, and some reflections on political economy and governance effects. Sathya and Iris added some similarities and contrasts with India and the UK. An audience of 15 people provided feedback and added new insights.
